Fire Services Systems
Our comprehensive scope encompasses automatic sprinkler systems, fire detection and alarm systems, installation of fire hydrants, hose reels, and portable fire extinguishers, fire safety statutory A&A works, and annual maintenance inspections. As a Class 1, Class 2, and Class 3 Registered Fire Service Installation Contractor (RFSIC) with the HKFSD, we are fully licensed to inspect, maintain, and issue official FS251 Certificates.
Plumbing & Drainage
Our services include the design and installation of potable water pump rooms, fresh and flushing (salt water) supply networks, stormwater and foul drainage systems, high-rise pressure boosting solutions, and water filtration systems. All works are supervised by Licensed Plumbers (LP) to ensure full compliance with Water Supplies Department (WSD), Buildings Department (BD), Environmental Protection Department (EPD) statutory standards.
Electrical & MVAC
Our HVAC and electrical engineering capabilities include commercial MVAC installation, central water-cooled and air-cooled chiller plants, low-voltage (LV) main switchboard installation, emergency generator sets, and statutory WR2 periodic electrical inspections. As an EMSD Registered Electrical Contractor (REC), we also provide energy-efficient green retrofitting solutions to optimize building energy performance and sustainability.
Retrofit & Maintenance
Our maintenance and retrofitting services specialize in E&M system modernization and A&A works for legacy buildings, integrated long-term Facility Management (FM) maintenance contracts, emergency repairs, and monitoring system upgrades. Supported by 24/7 emergency technical response and periodic statutory safety compliance testing, we deliver uninterrupted building operations and total peace of mind for property managers and owners.
